Lawrence Masiza Vorster Inc assist clients with the drafting of their Wills and any amendments thereto, and upon death, take up appointment as the Executor. We also support family members, who have been appointed Executors, in winding up a loved one’s estate.
The registration and administration of trusts is also an area of expertise.
When winding-up a deceased estate, you are compelled by law to have the deceased estate reported to the Master of the High Court, in the jurisdiction where the deceased usually resided and within six (6) weeks of date of death. We provide expert service on a range of Deceased Estate Administration, Estate Planning, Drafting of Last Will and Testaments and Trusts, whilst remaining sensitive to dealing with the loss of a loved one.
